With its purchase, the GIVH had no intention to change the vocation of the site. Quite the contrary. The Golf Ste-Rose is located on a beautiful site and attracts many golfers. The present Club House will be renovated and other projects are in the works. The beautiful woodland which lies close to the golf course is a source of inspiration for our designers.
The projects considered by the Groupe immobilier Van Houtte since the purchase of the Club de Golf Sainte-Rose are promising. Their designers are guided by an eco-friendly and long-term vision, with a maximum use of wood materials.
